At ButcherJobs.co.uk, we aim to provide helpful and affordable services to support job seekers in the butchery industry. This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our CV creation service.

✅ CV Writing Service – £10 (Non-Refundable After Delivery)

Our CV writing service is available for a flat fee of £10. This includes:
    •    A professionally written CV tailored to butchery roles
    •    Personal review of your background and goals
    •    A digital CV ready to use for job applications

Once your CV has been completed and delivered, the fee is non-refundable. Refunds are only available in the following situations:
    •    You paid but did not receive the service
    •    You submitted payment but did not provide the required information and want to cancel

📩 Not Happy with Your CV?

If you’re not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your CV. We’re happy to make revisions or fix any errors based on the information you originally provided.

We do not offer refunds for:
    •    Changing your mind after delivery
    •    Delays due to missing or incorrect information from the customer
    •    Not responding after payment

💳 Payment Issues

If you have a problem during payment (e.g. duplicate charge or technical error), please email us at info@butcherjobs.co.uk, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

🕒 Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
